Participation Charges
The participation charges for the Bulgarian Home Exhibition 10 & 11 February are as follows:-
1. Standard Shell
We offer following stand variant:

| Note: Registration charge €.350.- includes listing (contact details, short company profile) in the catalogue distributed among visitors, 4 badges, 100 invitations, certificate of participation, stand cleaning. This is a compulsory payment. |

- Supplement for Corner Stand +20%
- Additional company in your stand +€.200.-

2. Absentee Participation
| Shared Absentee Participation |
| If you are looking to 'test' the market in Russia our shared absentee participation package may be the ideal solution for you. This includes a shared brochure stand in our special section. Potential clients will have the opportunity to take brochures from the brochure stand. A member of our staff will monitor this and ensure that there is a supply of your brochures. |

Notes on Absentee participation:-
• Please note that no staff are allowed on or around these absentee positions. Whilst you are free to visit the show we cannot allow personal attendance in this offer.
• Brochures and printed material must be received at least 7 days prior to the opening.
3. Additional services
InterpretersWhilst most of the visitors to our events speak reasonable English it is highly recommended to employ the services of a competent Interpreter. The costs is €.150.- per day and we can provide English. This service must be pre-booked at least 14 days in advance.

Video advertising
Instant recognition and attention by placing your company's advertising video on the big plasma screen. The plasma is located just above the Information Desk. So each visitor can see it at entry. The size is 3 x 1,6 m.

Flyer Printing
Information in the Russian language is essential. To avoid you having to carry to many heavy brochures we can translate and produce a simple A4 flyer for mass distribution at the event. Materials should be sent to organisers a month before the event.
