The Interest in Bulgaria Is Getting KeenerBulgaria is now one of the most popular destinations. According to analytic research, Bulgaria accounts for about a third of all requests for international real estate and this high demand certainly begets supply. This is why entire expositions are devoted to this particular country. Thus in February 2009, aigroup held the Bulgarian Home property show in the Tishinka exhibition centre in Moscow where leading real estate developers and agents from Bulgaria were represented. The range of properties on offer was very impressive - from seaside apartments and urban housing to cottages at the foot of skiing mountains. Bulgarian real estate shows a tendency towards growth, which justifies investments in this sector. The next Bulgarian Home exhibition will take place on February 12-13, 2010, and the organizers have already received a great number of requests from companies interested in this event. A carefully planned advertising campaign and rich experience of aigroup in the conduct of international shows made it possible to attract 4,250 unique visitors to the preceding event as well as 85 participating companies from Bulgaria. These figures are the evidence that the Bulgarian property market is on the rise and that people of Russia are interested to invest in this market. The participants cut a great many deals and got in touch with many interested Russian investors and agencies during the two days of the show. The main aim of the Bulgarian Home exhibition is to draw international investment experts to Moscow that they would meet with their potential clients here. The task of the organizers is, first of all, to ensure a high level of the event to make everybody happy, and secondly, to lure interested visitors. The organizers make sure the show is a success and therefore support both parties involved - Bulgarian real estate market professionals, on the one side, and interested buyers, ready investors and target consumers of private services, on the other side. The result is long queues lining up in front of each stand - there are so many meetings that communication between the participants and visitors is never interrupted. AIGROUP is constantly and diligently working to raise the level of its shows, in order to warrant an intense flow of interested visitors and potential investors.
